close metro polite staff

The hotel is very close to the metro station. I reached everywhere on the metro line with ease. The staff was polite and helpful. Mr Abubakar was very kind and assisted me with a few issues I had. The facility is clean. It is very close to the DWTC. This was beneficial since I came for a conference.

Parking was limited for the residents. The bathroom felt small. Some curtains needed replacement.

FANTASTIC stay!!

great location clean room comfortable room attentive team

The location was GREAT. I found the metro station and several dining options were easily within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and WELL maintained. I especially appreciated the early check-in Mohammed Rais facilitated. The entire team was friendly.

The elevator wait times were sometimes a little LONG.

I enjoyed the alternative healthy options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diets at breakfast. The breakfast crew provided excellent service. There was a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes available. The food was AMAZING!!!
